Not getting license with 3.14

So I've sent letter to [email protected] but its outside biz hours so thought I'd try here.

I swapped my install from a Win7 32-bit install to a Win7 64-bit install on same PC, different volume.
Installed Steam and it installed all my games including Fantasy Grounds.

When I first ran FG from Steam it said here use this key.
I dutifully put the key in Settings and allowed the updater to its thing, update to 3.14 plus modules

When I got the splash screen I only have 3,14Free and can't open a campaign.
(I copied my old FG Data folder over and replaced the default)

Have put my FG forum userid & password and that was accepted too

Any ideas?

Got a feeling the update to 3.14 & swapping installs has it stuffed

so its a fresh install of windows?
is the install still accessible?
can you check if the key is in fact the same one in the other install?

Looks like that did it.
Had old version on separate hard drive, copied across Key and recognised as full version
Just running update now
