Force content icon missing

I started a new 5e campaign. I shared the PHB and a few other things. I made sure the PHB was a force share (yellow squiggly icon) and teh rest of what I wanted to share were optional (green icon).

After a crash, there are now only two options available when I share modules--deny and allow. There is no force option.

Has that been taken away? Is this a bug? The character sheets for my players are still there, so I don't want to mess with the backup. Any suggestions?

The update to 3.1.3 removed the force load as an option.
The players simply need to go into modules and open the book.

Yes, the force load option when misused could cause crash conditions on the client and undesirable behaviors (GMs sharing entire adventure), so we removed for now. We're planning to revamp the way the library works in the near and long term.
