I have no clue how to write an extension, but thought of one that doesn't sound horribly difficult.
DM's could have the ability to change the color of a Pin on a map. I was thinking this could really come in handy if you have 2 or more groups running the same module or if your group doesn't get together often. Either way it would be a helpful reminder to the DM and keep things flowing a bit better.
If I had a part of a clue as tho how to write an extension, I'd try it, but sadly I do not
