Is it possible to open an image with code

I am looking to open an set of images based on the results of a random table. Is it possible to open images on player screens based on a table result ?

I am assuming it will involve writing some code.

You can output a link to the chat window based on a table result. I believe that link record is shared, if the roll is done on the GM machine, but not sure on that part.

You can add a link to a table result field by dragging the link icon (red dragon or brown shield usually) to the table result cell.

I have been messing with the tables and I can send a link to the image to the chat window, but I wanted the image to open up without having to be clicked. It is a minor thing. We use random fate chips, and when they are rolled I wanted the image to open... makes it a little more dramatic to see the poker chip.
