Hello adventurers, I'm new to FG, but not to D&D 5e. I'm looking for someone to teach me how to play please. If anyone is up for this please let me know. Thank you.

Hi there Ruso:

The clases that were offered by a member of this community are temporarily suspended. If someone steps up for the job of course it'll be great, but in the meantime I'm leaving you with some links with very useful material that will teach you to be a player and a DM. This material will be in some forum threads or tutorial videos. Most of this material was created by members of the community that have been giving support for newcomers and it really is high quality material.

Information in form of Videos

Take a look at the official Fantasy Grounds Tutorial Videos here (https://www.fantasygrounds.com/buyFG/)

Information in form of Text

Take a look at this interesting thread created by TASagent with a lot of Tips and Tricks here (https://www.fantasygrounds.com/forums/showthread.php?24644-Advanced-Fantasy-Grounds-Usage-5E-Ruleset-Edition)
Take a look at the Fantasy Grounds Wiki here (https://www.fantasygrounds.com/wiki/index.php/Main_Page)
You can find the Fantasy Grounds User Guide here (https://www.fantasygrounds.com/wiki/index.php/User_Guides)

Additional Information

If you're planning on being DM, be sure to check out the official modules (Core Rulebooks and Official D&D Adventures) available here (https://www.fantasygrounds.com/store/?search=&sys=16&pub=29&typ=-1&sort=1&x=14&y=9)
If you're planning on playing, make sure to check out the Game Calendar and Campaigns Available for players to join here (https://www.fantasygrounds.com/calendar/?sort=isrunning&sortdir=ascending&ruleset=D%26D+5E&sort=name&sortdir=ascending)

NOTE 1: I can assure you that in 1-3 hours you'll be ready to play (if you want to be a player) or you can start DMing in 2-5 hours (if you want to be DM).
NOTE 2: If you want to be a player, most DMs in Fantasy Grounds also help you and teach you while you're playing.

Any question you may have, don't hesitate in posting it in the forums.

Hi there Ruso. Have you tried the tutorials. There are several out there like whiteTiki said. That is what I did with my son to get a grasp on the system.
But if you want to elaborate on what it is you are stuck on, someone here will know how to help.
Good luck.

Thank you... I have seen the tutorials already, but I was hoping to find someone to play with so I can learn the basics... :)
