Can't Connect to Fantasy Grounds

I need help. My friend is starting a game he has an Unlimited account, I have a free account in the Chicago area.

This is the problem, I can't connect to his server. I have tried everything I can think of:

1. Tried port forwarding that made no difference recommended in the threads: static IP, 1802, etc.
2. Called my ISP: Comcast the reset my Modem, updated software, etc. no good. Tried a DMZ.
3. Turned off Avast I use a free version no firewall
4. Turned off Malwarebytes, or added exclusions to malware bytes: FantasyGrounds.exe, IP address of the server

I also have windows 10. Does anyone have a solution for this?

As a player you don't need to port forward, it is only the GM.

As a test, turn off your windows firewall and see if that makes a difference.

So that indicates that there is a firewall or similar on the router that is blocking some communications. Assuming this is just a player and you're trying to connect to a GM? Don't use the connection test if you're only planning on being a player, this is just for the GM.
