I just picked up Fantasy Grounds and love it. I'm trying to fill my tokens, maps and portrait libraries up and in searching I stumbled across the marketplace for another VTT (Roll20), which has several things in their selection that are not available here in the FG store. My question is whether or not they are compatible with one another? I have noticed that there are some of the same products available on both which leads me to think that they might be, but I want to be certain before shelling out cash elsewhere.

Also if anyone knows of any other places to pick up "weird west" tokens, maps, portraits etc for Deadlands use and can let me know where to find them, that would be appreciated as well....I have already picked up three of the sets offered here on FG.

Again. thanks for any assistance..

Most tokens should just be PNG files, which work just fine in FG. Same for maps, just image files.

https://www.fantasygrounds.com/wiki/index.php/Tokens and https://www.fantasygrounds.com/wiki/index.php/Images for more information.

There's also a bunch available on drivethrurpg but those aren't free. It also depends what kind of environment you plan on having your game in. Generic forest, cave or desert maps will work quite well depending where the story takes place. I just ran a Deadlands game tonight using an autumn forest map, a cave map I found on deviantart and the official Deadlands maps from Pinnacle. Google can also point you in the right direction.
