Forum notification won't clear

I have a forum notification that doesn't want to clear. When I click on the "Groups Join Requests" I'm sent to the group page (image attached) but can't seem to find any member to accept. The Notification doesn't clear.

I'm probably just missing something really obvious...

Groups are weird and well hidden on these boards it seems....
