Connection Test failure

Hey guys, i am a new user as well and getting ready go GM my first game this Saturday, asked for one of my players to join today but he got the Could not connect to the host. Check the address and try again" So i started searching the net and the following is what i have done so far:

I port forwarded 1802 on the router
I enabled UPnP on the router
I disabled my firewall ( both windows and router)
I also made exceptions for FG just to be sure on windows firewall
i tested the open port check and is a no go ( Error: I could not see your service on...)
SO i know i got a problem but i don't know what else to do :(
i got windows 10 btw

any idea will be welcome.

Cut the firewall back on with the exceptions made for FG. You can also go over to PortForward.com and look up your router.
