I've been planning my campaign for this Friday (see Guild forum, still only two players bit disappointing), and having written up the Burning Plague and Wreck Ashore as two different campaigns the export and module feature has come into its own.

Now I've got both exported as modules, the campaign that I'm actually going to play contains the local area maps, and recuring NPC's like tavern keeper, captain of the guard, etc. The I can activate whichever module the PC's are going to play. When they have finished I can deactivate it and get rid of all the stuff I won't need in the next story in one go.
