bloodrager bloodline ability

does anyone know if there is anyway to gain a bloodrager bloodline ability without multiclassing. looking for a feat or an item or something. specificly looking to gain the level 4 ability of Aberrant

Potion of Long Arm? Or invest heavily in UMD and get a wand of same. Because it's personal/you you can't give a wand to your arcane buddy and have him cast it on you. There might be a higher level spell with the same effect and looser restrictions.
