Character sheets not saving.

When the GM logs out, all changes made to the character sheets disappear. We have just recently started using FG again after a long layoff and never used the 5e ruleset before. Is there something we are missing, a clicky box or something?

No. But one possible explanation is that the GM has linked his hard drive to some external synchronisation thing; which is a major no-no since the data will become asynchronous in time and cause the kind of problem that you detail.

Also, make sure the version in the upper right of the GM launch screen is v3.1.2 or v3.1.2 ULTIMATE.

Clarification: if you are using free/demo Fantasy Grounds as the GM, it won't save.
