Upgrade Key not working

Hi all,


New to using Fantasy Grounds, purchased the one month Ultimate key last night to give it a shot and I followed the instructions to upgrade it but it isn't working. I am still seeing the free version. I followed the instructions in the FAQ already, so asking here for help.
