I'm going to describe this issue as best I can, because it can be confusing. First of all, I placed all the Players, and NPC's in to the Combat Tracker, and then dragged them from the Combat Tracker and placed them on the map so they will be recorded.

Step 1: From the Combat Tracker I click-hold the attack from the NPC, and move my cursor over the Player Token I want to target on the map. It rolls to hit, and shows correctly if I Hit, or Miss.
Step 2: From the Combat Tracker I click-hold the damage from the NPC, and move my cursor over the Player Token I want to damage on the map. It rolls the damage, and shows the damage in the Chat Log. Just underneath the damage in the Chat Log is what looks like a Blood Drop and it says (RESISTED). The Wounds are not recorded on the Player in the Combat Tracker.
Step 3: I perform this with the Player attacking the NPC, and damage is not recorded just like above.

The only way the wounds automatically show is if I do what I stated above, but I have an NPC attack an NPC.

This could be as simple as me missing something in the settings, but I can't find anything listed at all. Is this a bug, or user error? Thank you.

Sounds like there is some RESIST or DR effect on the PC. Info on effects here: https://www.fantasygrounds.com/wiki/index.php/3.5E_Effects#Modifiers

Check for effects in the combat tracker on the PCs. Or, post a screenshot of the combat tracker.

Oh duh...I didn't see that it had the Incorporeal Trait. No wonder a 1st lvl PC can't damage it with a non-magical weapon.
