Licensing/Demo Question

I must be blind, but I can't find this anywhere on here. If I have the Ultimate Version, what version would allow unlicensed players to connect? I suspect they would download and use the "demo" installer here or the "Fantasy Grounds Demo" game available on Steam. Is this a true statement? Thanks.

The Steam version is the same one as downloaded here just in a Steam wrapper.
