Login message?

I have tried searching the youtube tutorials and googling this. I was wondering if there is a way to leave a login message, so that my players get a message I left when they login to my game? Right now the reason I have for it is to leave any passwords for TS or any other important information. I thought I saw on a video awhile ago that you can and now I can't seem to find it. Thanks in advance for any help that can be given.

SWEET! That is something I am looking for, thought there might be a command. Would never have thought to search for "Message of the Day" though lol. Thanks for the link Mask, will be downloading and using it.
