I am trying to install Fantasy Grounds with an Ultimate subscription and keep running into the following error:

ERROR - GetPackageFiles: Network: HTTP/ 1.0 500

Any ideas as to how I might resolve this?

Where are you located? SmiteWorks have had to block connections from certain IP address ranges due to DDOS attacks on the server. These are usually from locations in Asia.

Hopefully they're not blocking Tennessee now! ;)

Make sure your anti-virus/security software isn't blocking the updater from accessing the internet.

No luck. Disabled anti-virus and still have the same issue.
