Downloading Rulesets

What do I need to do to download a rule set? When I attempt to down load the AD&D 2nd edition rule set it just opens up a page that displays the computer language to create the rule set. How do I down I get it to be a file that I can use to place in the proper folder?

Right-click on the ruleset link and select "save as" or whatever appears for the browser you're using.
