Yeah, the 29th. G+ calendar will remind you 24hrs and 30 mins prior to the game. If anything changes on the event page you will receive notifications as well. That's the main reason why I prefer to use Google Events to book my games over the FG calendar.

I also have a circle full of FG users so when I want to run a one-shot I send invite directly to them. It's worked well so far.

Best way to get in is to enroll (click yes). That will put you in the "alternate" seat. As soon as someone bows out or no shows you get dibs on the seat.
