Activating ruleset purchased from DriveThruRPG

Greetings!

I purchased the Castles and Crusades ruleset through DTRPG, and received the text file that tells you how to get the ruleset. I followed said instructions, going to the Product Registration page to register. I put in the required data and...error.

The following purchases are now linked as follows:
product id = DGA045

Matching order not found. Please verify the order id, date and purchasing email.

I tried after 24 hours as well, thinking that DTRPG hadn't updated FG on the purchase. No luck there. Thoughts, ideas?

Try e-mailing [email protected] and let them know the details of your order and make sure you mention DTRPG. They should be able to get you sorted out.
