If I Buy the another "adventures" I will had access to another races and spells?

So far all of the Official 5E Adventures have come with everything needed to play, including all the monsters. This means you don't absolutely need the Monster Manual packs if you're just running the official adventures.

The Elemental Evil Players Companion includes the new races and spells for the Princes of the Apocalypse adventure for use anywhere.
