Fantasy grounds players/DM's

Is there a forum on here that deals with players wanting to keep their characters for new DM's? I like advancing my character to higher levels but I feel like DM's are wanting to start with fresh 1st level characters and that can make it difficult to carry out your character to epic?

There's no specific forums like that. Most GMs, when starting a long running campaign, like to work with the players and design new PCs that fit within the campaign world. It's rare, but not impossible, to find a game where the GM lets you bring your own, experienced PC. Hence why there's no specific forum for it.
