A quick question for all the PF-experts out there:

Having never looked at PF (but as someone who has played 1E+) what should I be reading (ie source books, inc edition/printing) to quickly be able to create a 1st level Elvan Ranger.

Please note:

This is for a TT not a FG game
This is not for me but for one of my old players who has asked me for advice
The person has player a 3.5E-varient and WFRP3, plus Paranoia and a few other "light' RPGs

Thanks in advance

Cheers

Yeah (obviously) - I think we may have overlooked the "quickly" part of the question with that answer :p

The first couple of chapters of the Core Rulebook - available in the PRD: https://paizo.com/pathfinderRPG/prd/

I think free demo version of herolab will help you make a character from core but not print, so you'd need to copy it out by hand
