How to add to Official Wish List

I made an account on the Wish List site but do not see how to start a new feature request.

I'll post it here and once I know how, I'll post it there.

There is a problem (for me) when dragging an effect to a Hot Key.
When you drag an effect to a Hot Key, it drags a white background to the Hot Key to go along with the White text, making it very hard to read. It does not seem helpful at all to have the white icon on the hotkeys that are for effects, and would work much better if it operated like the rest.
Seems like a simple enough change that would help a lot.

Type something similar to what you want to do in the "I want to" section, this will display similar items (just in case someone has added what you want already). Then you can add a new item.

Thanks, I was too zoomed in to notice what was going on beneath the input line. I would type something in and hit Enter, scroll down and see nothing had changed. Doh! :) Got it now, put in a new suggestion and voted on a few more. Thanks!
