What's the accepted format for a Campaign Guide, Reference Manual or Story?

I think that Campaign/Adventure content is perfectly acceptable as Story Content.
If you wanted to build a Players Guide to the Realms (example) then you may find a Library Module more suitable as you could share the entire Module in one go.

It's a 200+ page Campaign Guide that may may get a general release. Parts are player content, parts are GM only.

Id make 2 Library Modules in that case. A Players guide to be shared and a GM guide.

I believe both the Reference Manual and Story format can be "Library Modules". I'm assuming you mean Story format Library Modules?
