Ghosting of Tokens on Map

As the GM, when I lock the tokens on the map, one of my players has all the tokens disappear and only reappear when she selects where she sees an Active Halo. Even then, she has trouble targeting the creature. Just wondered if this was a known problem or if it was specific to her (none of my other players have this problem).

I haven't heard of anything like this. Let me know if you get more details, and perhaps we can suggest some options or track down issue.
