HELP! Error loading data.

HELP! Ever since I updated FG few minutes ago when I try to load a campaign I get this.


Error Loading Data
Ruleset:
Error: Unable to load ruleset file (base.xml)
Do you want to try reloading the data?

And of course trying to reload doesn't work.

Sounds like the updated ruleset hasn't downloaded properly.

What ruleset are you using for this campaign?

Using 5E
Went to create a new campaign to see if that works. And saw that 5E is now missing from the list...:(
Is there a way I can roll back a version somehow or is there a way to fix this?

Open Fantasy Grounds. On the main launch screen click the folder icon in the top right.
In the File Explorer window that opens, enter the "rulesets" directory.
Delete 5E.pak and CoreRPG.pak. If you have directories called 5E and/or CoreRPG rename those to 5E_old and CoreRPG_old.
Run a Fantasy Grounds update.

The above should download the correct/uncorrupted rulesets.

Just because you don't have to do something doesn't mean you can't.
