Expand Categories in modules

I couldn't find anything in the wiki, site search or google at large about this other than some lua code inside someone's SVN somewhere, but how do you create these grey expandable categories like the official 5E stuff has, the LMoP - Part 1 and 2 bits:

I'm not absolutely sure but I don't think you can. The version of par5e used for the official modules is not available publicly and I believe that it's only possible in that version. But I could be wrong and it's just something I've missed.

You'd have to make the XML yourself using that window class. It's not necessarily that hard once you find the name of it, you might be able to mass find and replace.
