A player have blank image

Hi !

I have an ultimate licence and just one player have a problem. he have white image for all image i share. He stops the firewall of windows and Avast but nothing.

Someone have an idea ?

Could be data corruption. How long does he wait? Is he using a cloud storage folder as his data storage default path?

1) Check the player name they are using - if there are any strange characters in the name this could cause issues. As the GM, open the campaign they were connected to, go to the Character Selection window and look at the PC they player, it will say "Owned by:" and then the player name.
2) Get the player to clear their cache. The player should load FG, go to "Join Game" and press the nuclear symbol "clear player data cache" button to the top right.
