Ok, dumb question... We are going to start playing a session with a remote DM and 2 players at one location (mine). I want to buy another license of FG so that we can run the client on different computers. Do I have to create a new account or can I buy another license on my existing account? I would prefer to not have to remember another user/password combo.

I know I can run multiple PCs using a single client, but we would like separate clients.

I am afraid that if I buy the 2nd license on my account that one of the licenses may not work..

ddaley you will be fine. It would be the other person who would have a problem if they "moved out" since they might not have access to the key or your password/id to get any updates. However if that other person created an account and registered the key in their name they would "own" the license key instead of you. By the software license if you give someone the key it's theirs and they don't have to give it back.

You may find it easier to just gift a copy to the other player on Steam assuming they have a Steam account and make them register here.

Thank you! I bought another license and it is installing now. Since these are installed on 2 of my computers, I don't even have to share password with anyone... 2 clients on 2 computers that are both mine.

Ah, yeah, no worries then.
