NPC applied effects?

I'm currently going through Lost Mines, tweaking things here and there, and I would like to add Blood Drain to the Stirge monster as an effect that I can drag to other players so that they can see "Applied by," according to which # stirge applied it. Any way to do this? Thanks!

i think the previous thread has it right. the stirge is still "attacking" on those successive turns so would roll damage accordingly.
