DirectX

Hello I was using FG yesteday and when I tried to use it today I got a DirectX error mesage:

"Could not initialize DirectX

CreatDevice failed!"

and

"Error!

Could not initialize graphics system!"

What should I do?

As per system requirements you need;

Windows Vista, Windows 7 or Windows 8
DirectX 9.0 or better
DirectX 9.0 compatible video adapter
RAM: 4 GB
Internet Connection

So, I would make sure you have Dx9 installed (or better), and a compatible video card.

It was working yesteday, and today isn't.

Maybe do a cold boot of your computer. Was any update applied or did you install anything?

I didn't installed anything and I have the reqs.

A reboot normally solves this. I think with Windows' current method of auto-installing updates, there have been a few occasions in the past where I've seen it update a graphics driver or DirectX and rebooting was necessary to resolve it.

Its working now, I downloaded CCleaner and I made a repair in the registry files, and also a deep cleaning, so I unistalled the FG and installed it again, and it worked.
