How do you do this?

For a concrete example, suppose you have a parcel of
a normal sword (list price 10 gp)
some hack jewelry worth 100 gp
a unique magical item worth 10000 gp to the right buyer or 1000 gp to anyone else
a painting worth 100 gp
and a bunch of other items already claimed by various party members

and your existing non-FG games, you've ruled that they sell for 50%, 100%, (varies by check), and 75%. What's the least awkward way, with the least editing needed?

I would do it manually in the party sheet. Just delete the item from the party inventory, and add the money to the party coins. Then, you can use the coin splitting still.

Someone else might have a more creative solution.

Actually, we stumbled on a good solution for this. If you set an 'Assignment' for the items you do not want to sell right away to.. whatever 'save' or 'do not sell' or ... it doesn't really matter... it won't sell those items when you click the sell button. Then you can clear the assignments and sell the remaining items at a different %.

That sounds like a winner. Thanks!
