when the DM doesn't have the module (PHB) and you do .... you attach to there game, and try to open it, how do they allow it, when they don't have the book ?

thoughts ?

The GM will get a message in the chat window saying that a player has requested access to a module, giving the name of the module. If you go to the usual module activation window the module they requested access will now be shown, allowing you to add access ("Allow"). Of course, you won't have the option to open the module, just allow or deny by dragging the relevant icon to the module.

That's backwards.
Only the GM can share (right)?

This is when the GM doesn't own the module (e.g. the PHB, or other player based material). The GM still has to decide if they will allow a player to have access to their own modules within the campaign. The GM doesn't know what modules the players have until they request access to them.

It was there before, but was removed in some recent 3.0.x release, and now added back.
