Another connection issue

I have the Ultimate subscription and am setting up an online game and an offline (live) game. Right now a buddy and I are testing the online game and we had him connected then I experienced an error while loading a map. I logged out and logged back in and we cannot get him connected again. I ran the connection test on the launcher and it worked. I turned off my firewall and anti-virus. Still can't get player connection. It comes up in the chat as he is connected then immediately after that a "connection lost. Waiting for reconnect." message.

Any ideas?

yeah - potentially a poor wifi connection at one end or the other.
are you both running the latest version?
have the player clear the cache using the atomic symbol on the Join Game page

Well eventually we got it to work but I don't know how. I think it was an issue on his side that he unknowingly fixed by resetting his modem.
