Game starting error

I just purchased and downloaded this through steam.

Installed and when i clicked play I get a Create Device Failed! and Failed to initialise graphics systems.

I run Pc and it is sufficient to run all the current gen games at maximum settings

Do you have DirectX installed?

What are the specs for your machine? Custom build or package? Which OS and OS version?
