I have created a fantasy group character, but I can't find the games without going into the store. I also don't know how to log in without having to go through the store.

The calendar or LFG forum would be the place to find games, not the store. The website account you create for the store will also work for the forum, if that is what you mean - but you don't need to go through the store to find games. To log in to a game you don't even need to log in to the website. You just use the launcher to connect.

The best place to find games to join is on the forums. The Fantasy Grounds launcher is used to join a game, once you've found one and the GM has given you the connection details.

Check the "Looking for Group" forum regularly: https://www.fantasygrounds.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?40-LFG-Looking-for-Group-%28formerly-Guild-House%29 and reply to games you like the sound of and can attend (remember to adjust for your own time zone).
