Hi, all. I am not sure if this is the right place for this question or not but I am a potential buyer of the software and was wondering if I purchase the Ultimate License do each of my player's still need their own license to join my game?

That is what the Ultimate is - The Ultimate does NOT include any more DLC or Content than the Full license. What it does is allow you to have as many player connect to you as you choose and they can be licensed or unlicensed players.
