Beautiful conversion and it happens to be one of the few SW setting I don't own a pdf copy of. I can see myself running this in the near future.
Just a couple minor bugs in the library I caught clicking on things: Player Guide --> Aspiring Noble --> Aspiring Noble (NPC) : name is blank. Same with the Messenger.
Polymath (NPC) : Fencing Style: Geometria link is empty.
Duelist (NPC): Fencing Style: Renoir link is empty
And same for every Sample Characters.
Also, just a suggestion for your next conversion. Don't bury reference tables so deep. Maybe make a "Quick Links" entry where the most common gear tables are located. Right now, one has to navigate through several windows to get to a table. Fast, Fun and Furious access my friend!
