How to add Scheduled Game Time to your Calendar listing?

Ok. I admit it. I'm stumped and my searching of the forums hasn't given me an answer. Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong?

At my calendar listing, I type in the Suggest New Game Time blanks for Day: 13, Month: 06, Time: 1230. Then click the big arrow next to it and... the screen refreshes but with no Time, date, what have you in the Scheduled Play Times area of the calendar entry.

I know I'm missing something simple. It always boils down to that. But I just can't figure out what it is.
