License Issue

I paid the $9.99 monthly fee for the Ultimate License last month. This month on the 2nd, the License renewed itself. I cancelled further renewals on paypal (as I tend to get paid on the 3rd, rather than the 2nd), but the money is still gone from my account, showing that the license was paid for this month. However, I can't access any of my licensed stuff on Fantasy Grounds. I can't run my campaigns, and more importantly, I can't access the core character pack I literally just bought (about 5 minutes ago). I'd like to have this resolved without having to buy the same license twice.

Hey kyrix send an email to [email protected] and they will reinstate your license.
The way the subscription works is that when you cancel it Paypal send a cancellation thru and the server processes it straight away.

You will have to cancel your sub on the 1st of next month and then take it out again on the 3rd or 4th and then you should be ok.
You wont lose access to anything else that you have bought.
