View Full Version : Weapon Die Incorrect

Not sure if this a known issue or I'm missing something. The melee weapon damage die are being limited by the characters strength. For instance, a long sword with a d8 damage given to a character with a strength of d6 calculates the damage to be Str+d8 but shows the graphic of 2d6 instead and actually rolls as 2d6. See attached pic.

Anyone? What am I missing here? If I remove the "Str" from the calculation and put in the die for strength it works...but that's a work-around.

I dont play SW but I think this has been discussed before and the interpretation here was correct but is often house ruled the way you play... or something like that.

That is according to rules. If you prefer that minimum strength does not take account add ! character to damage string, ie. Str!+d8

Thanks for the info all. I guess I missed the strength limit rules...I'll take another look!
