There isn't any specific support for artefacts as such. Which one(s) do you have a problem with?

There isn't any automation with magic items right now (see below) it's just text so inside FG, you would just create a new item and type in everything like any other magic item.

For parse you would just use the magic item instructions.

It is likely somethings with magic items will change with the release of the DMG. One of the reasons the DMG was pushed back to release after the adventure paths was the devs wanted to think more about how to implement them. Both the 3.x/Pathfinder and 4E rulesets have "smart" magic armor and weapons that are made by drag and dropping the magic item from the library into items and then drag and dropping a mundane weapon/armor onto the item to make something that can then be drag and dropped on a PC.
