Under armor in the player's handbook, all armors have an AC bonus higher than 10. Leather armor is 11 for example. Surely leather armor doesn't actually provide a +11 ac bonus? Does this include the natural base 10 ac bonus, that's my guess, but I can't imagine why they would do that. Since FG already gives you a base 10, dropping an 11 into the armor section of your sheet gives you a 21. Am I right, that basically you need to subtract 10 from all armors in the PHB and add that bonus to your armor section?

Yes you have to subtract 10 from all the armou.

Note that in the test version (which should roll out shortly) this has been "rectified" to show base 10 AC.

Nice
So I will have to readjust the PCs that have it set now?
Worth it even if so, just wondering.

No, it just has a box which shows the base as 10 to avoid possible confusion. Previously the base wasn't shown so people were entering the whole number rather than the value -10. It just makes it clearer.
