I've posted this here since I'm not sure it belongs in the 5e bugs thread. If it should be let me know and I'll post there instead.
In the 'Background' Template the table is a bit wonky. Part of the text for number one is outwith the table and number 6 is merged in with number 5. There's a heading "proficiencies" but without anything in it. I see from the printed version that there aren't any proficiencies so this might just be because the background template is being used in the parser.
In the Save the Mill encounter the Cultist hasn't been placed on the map.
In the Sanctuary encounter Group A the Dragonclaw hasn't been placed on the map.
