Consolidate Modules?

I have no idea where to put this but I figured this was my best bet.

So I have been using the pathfinder creature parser and it works amazingly well! However I have added so many creatures it's really bogging down my library. Is there some way to consolidate all of my parsed creatures into one module? Sort of like my own bestiary book?

I answered this in the parser thread. Parse a single file with all of your creatures in that one file.
