Cannot make purchases in the store

Another road block. selected 3 items in store that are still in my cart. I dont want to use paypal, tried to use my credit cards. They all work fine on other sites but FG wont seem to accept any of them. Right now i cant even see my cart. attached is a screenshot of my "dead end" in the process, also i tried to email for help yet it has been 18 hours.

hey ironmanowar it is Saturday/Sunday where smiteworks are so support can sometimes take longer on weekends. dont stress they will get in touch with you. you can use the paypal option and not login and just use paypal to process your credit cards (i think).
