C&C CT NPCs

The CT doesn't appear to be taking NPC dexterity into account for initiative rolls... the field is not populated and even when filled in manually, still doesn't apply the modifier.

Also, the -Dex AC field doesn't actually reflect the non application of dexterity modifier - it is the same as the regular AC field.

In the current version, 3.0.13 I believe.

Dex is not used for initiative per the rules. I understand that it's commonly used, but is not in the rules that way. The -Dex AC field only works for characters, not npcs. You can only get modifiers (if needed) for npcs via application of effects.
