Store error?

I've ordered the normal licence 2 times and got an error message both times, so I got charged me twice for something I never was able to use..
Any help would be appreciated..

So, I take it you've emailed [email protected] with your issue?

They're generally pretty responsive, but it may take a few hours for them to address your particular issue once you've sent the email.

I just got an email from them, and they were able to fix it..
