Converting from Pathfinder to 5E

So I'm converting a module from the pathfinder system to 5E and finding some challenges but mostly it seems to convert pretty easily. Has anyone else done this before, and what difficulties did you run into?

Is your question specific to Fantasy Grounds (i.e. the different data types, etc.) or generic to the two RPGs in general?

More generic to the two RPG's in general, however that link was interesting as far as putting things in under one and then converting to the other format. I might use that method to do them going forward, since it would be about the same amount of work as far as doing the npc/encounter stat conversions, but would then give me a playable module in two different rulesets.
